Return Process
Return will be processed in either of the following two ways: self return or pick-up. Pick-up process is only available to particular set of orders and not all, hence you have to self return the product in the case where pick-up service is not available. We request you to use a reputed courier with proper tracking number in case of Self Return. Mirraw will not bear the return shipping charges.
Refunds/Replacements
If you wish to replace a damaged product, we will send you a new one. We can also refund the amount to your credit card/bank account or offer you a store credit redeemable towards future purchases.

Originally ordered salwar kameez material for the 1st time as it was only S$1 for stitching but was very very disappointed as was passed to one customer care officer to another in the period of nearly 2/3 months !! In the end after giving my measurements so many times was told it cannot be stitched!
Was asked to choose another stitched garment instead!! There was no mention of service recovery at all!! I have been a regular customer for some time now & was really passed off with your customer service personal !! You can checkout my many emails to & fro to your customer service to clarify! Very very disappointed customer!!

this is my first order with Mirraw and it was good.
however jus a feedback.. i called customer service to change the size to XXL but i was delivered size L ..inspite of me being confirmed 2 times its changed to XXL , anyway its ok the size L fortunately fits me...jus be careful with phone conversations for change of sizes ...OTHER THAN THAT HAPPY WITH MY FIRST ORDER and will sure to order more. THANK YOU.

The product did not specify that it is top only. I was expecting the skirt with it. The top is not worth the money. Very bad quality
