The quality of the product is very very bad..it is not as shown in the picture or site..very low quality

I only wore it for half an hour and the bracelet keeps coming off. The lock to the bracelet is done poorly. I would have returned it but I 've lapsed the window of time and now keeping something that I have no use!!

I just received the shipping today and opened the packages about three hours ago. Two of the three necklaces are damaged. I am trying to figure out what needs to be done. Very disappointed so far. I don't have the time and resources to be going through this. Please advise me how to process the damaged necklaces. I was hoping to wear them at a forthcoming family wedding.
