Poor quality cotton

It is a lovely suit. Colour and material are beautiful. However, the measurements are wrong. I ordered size 40 but it is too small. It is not according to your size chart. For instance, the shoulders are only 16 inch instead of 18.5. very disappointed. Especially i am abroad and it will be a hassle to exchange. Customer service is crappy. They just sent emails from one person to another and say they are doing something but I doubt they are doing anything. Also very annoying to receive auto generated emails. No coordination among staff.

Fabric is not good and it has weaving defect

Very bad quality material like plastic, which is very uncomfortable to wear. I normally wear size 42 but had to order size 46 for this product as all the measurement chart dimensions were undersized. Despite that kurta arm hole is too tight and your hand cannot go into very tight and small kurta pocket. Pajama is almost Small or Medium size and is too tight. I have to discard the whole set for the above reasons. Please DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

Anyone purchased from outside India be carefully about the return policy. Return policy is very bad and customer care don't even help. Item was late delivered. they told they compensate but they did not.
