Return Process
Return will be processed in either of the following two ways: self return or pick-up. Pick-up process is only available to particular set of orders and not all, hence you have to self return the product in the case where pick-up service is not available. We request you to use a reputed courier with proper tracking number in case of Self Return. Mirraw will not bear the return shipping charges.
Refunds/Replacements
If you wish to replace a damaged product, we will send you a new one. We can also refund the amount to your credit card/bank account or offer you a store credit redeemable towards future purchases.

The jewellery gold plated was of a very poor low quality i ever seen for such a price. The image of the product and the one you sent me were completely different. I was on tears when i saw it. I really don't like it and will like to return for a dress if possible. I am very disappointed. Even the gift as bangles was of a good quality than this.

For $20 the cold of this artificial jewelry was totally bad. You can tell it’s artificial. Buying from the local bazaar the color is close to real. I was disappointed about that otherwise everything else seemed fine.

Was disappointed with the outfit. From the picture, the embroidery went all around the waist and at the bottom also. However, the item I received was similar but not the same. The embroidery on the sleeve was narrower. The whole back was plain. The measurement from the shoulder to waist is too short. The waistband is falling on the bust. It wasn't what I expected.
