Return Process
Return will be processed in either of the following two ways: self return or pick-up. Pick-up process is only available to particular set of orders and not all, hence you have to self return the product in the case where pick-up service is not available. We request you to use a reputed courier with proper tracking number in case of Self Return. Mirraw will not bear the return shipping charges.
Refunds/Replacements
If you wish to replace a damaged product, we will send you a new one. We can also refund the amount to your credit card/bank account or offer you a store credit redeemable towards future purchases.

I am disappointed with the look of the saree. It looks so bright in your pictures while it looks so dull in reality. Also the quality of the material is not good. I bought the saree for $15.43. The very next day it was sold for $13.20 or something in your website. There's no price match guarantee offered for this. I think you should give a price match guarantee for the purchases at least for a week after the purchase. I am not planning to buy anything from Mirraw in the future. The shipping was quick though. I am not returning the 10 sarees I bought since I don't want to lose more money in return shipping and also I am not sure if you will refund the money to my account if I return them or give store credits.
