Return Process
Return will be processed in either of the following two ways: self return or pick-up. Pick-up process is only available to particular set of orders and not all, hence you have to self return the product in the case where pick-up service is not available. We request you to use a reputed courier with proper tracking number in case of Self Return. Mirraw will not bear the return shipping charges.
Refunds/Replacements
If you wish to replace a damaged product, we will send you a new one. We can also refund the amount to your credit card/bank account or offer you a store credit redeemable towards future purchases.

Nice dress, but DHL express was unable to deliver on time , until l talked to their customers service. Stitching is fine but some where little rough. The bottom ( ghera) should. be more wide to improve the shape of lehanga .The net duppata should be finer quality. I will give it 7 out of 10

The description said Tuffeta silk. But the material was so transparent that it looked cheap. And the stitching was worse than an amateur tailor would make. Worse purchase ever. Can't even return because the cost of returning is almost same as I paid for it.

The advert says art silk but what I received is not silk at all. Furthermore the skirts are not lined very untied.
